SellandRetire.com.au is an online marketplace that connects retiring Australian business owners with prospective buyers and industry professionals. We provide a platform for listings and introductions only. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

SellandRetire.com.au is a platform only. We do not act as agent, broker, or representative for any buyer or seller. All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. We accept no responsibility or liability for any transaction, dispute, loss or damage arising from a business sale facilitated through the Platform.
We strongly recommend that all parties obtain independent legal, financial and accounting advice before completing any transaction.
We reserve the right to review, approve, reject or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that we believe to be inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate or in breach of these terms. Removal of a listing does not automatically entitle a seller to a refund of any fees paid.
Our current fee structure is outlined on the Pricing page. Fees are charged in Australian dollars and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. Existing paid listings will not be affected by fee changes during their paid period.
All content on this Platform — including text, design, logos and code — is owned by or licensed to SellandRetire.com.au. You may not reproduce, redistribute or use any content from this Platform without our prior written consent.
By submitting a listing or any content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the Platform for the purposes of operating the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellandRetire.com.au will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the Platform will not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
